She channels that same energy into keeping our Type B creatives focused, organized, and on schedule.

    Around here, we call it the “Kasia Effect”: calm, clear, efficient, with just the right hint of spice. Whether she’s streamlining systems or making sure our projects move like clockwork. Kasia keeps the haus running smoothly, and humbles us all in an arm wrestling match while she’s at it.

    When she’s not winning Olympic medals or keeping us in line, you can find her inspiring audiences on stage, proving that grit and heart go hand in hand.

    When she’s not crafting captions or analyzing insights, you can probably find her reading birth charts, sending voice notes, or making the rest of us laugh with her unapologetic takes.
